The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, digital marketing, and brand engagement, with the ability to capture, produce, and share multimedia content from the ground up. This role will focus on capturing real-time content on-site, developing compelling brand stories, and building authentic connections with our audience.The Brand and Content Producer will manage content across all digital platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X (formerly Twitter), LinkedIn, and emerging platforms. You will ensure our brand is consistently represented across social profiles like Google My Business, Yelp, Angie's List, HomeAdvisor, and GuildQuality.If you love fieldwork, hands-on content creation, and immersing yourself in the action, this is your chance to make a real impact at American Home Contractors.Key Responsibilities:â— Develop On-Site Content: Capture high-quality, real-time content at job sites, including video footage, drone photography, and visual storytelling that brings our projects to life.â— Multimedia Content Creation: Produce blogs, videos, social media posts, and email campaigns tailored to each platform, optimizing for engagement, reach, and SEO.â— Manage Social Media Platforms: Oversee social media accounts, ensuring brand consistency and driving community engagement across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and others.â— Brand Representation on Profile Sites: Regularly update and manage our online presence on sites like Google My Business, Yelp, Angie's List, HomeAdvisor, and GuildQuality.â— Collaborate with Teams: Work with internal departments (sales, operations, leadership) to align content strategies with business goals, customer needs, and project timelines.â— Stay on Top of Trends: Monitor digital marketing trends, emerging platforms, and SEO developments to optimize our content and enhance audience reach.â— Content Performance Analysis: Analyze content performance using Google Analytics, social media insights, and CRM tools, offering insights to optimize future content strategies.â— Fieldwork and Flexibility: Travel to various job sites across the region (MD, VA, DC, WV, PA, NJ, DE, MI, OH, NC) as needed to capture content during different project phases.â— Storytelling at the Job Site: Create compelling stories directly from on-site interactions, documenting projects in real-time to showcase American Home Contractors' expertise and craftsmanship.â— Manage Third-Party Vendors: Oversee contracts with third-party services (content creation, video production, and digital tools) to support content initiatives.â— Engage with Customers and Contractors: Represent our brand on-site, interacting with customers, gathering testimonials, and capturing the authenticity of each project.Qualifications:â— Proven experience in content marketing, digital marketing, or social media management, with a hands-on focus on multimedia content creation.â— Strong understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and content optimization techniques.â— Comfortable with physical activities such as climbing roofs, navigating job sites, and working in various outdoor conditions.â— Experience with video production and editing, including proficiency in tools like Adobe Premiere or Final Cut, as well as social platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn.â— Proficiency in operating drones, cameras, and other content-capturing equipment (or willingness to learn).â— Data-driven mindset with experience using Google Analytics, social media insights, CRM systems, and other digital tools to track performance and make data-based decisions.â— Strong project management skills to oversee multiple content projects, vendors, and stakeholders.â— Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content across various formats (text, image, video).â— Ability to work independently while collaborating with various teams to achieve common goals.â— Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to capture content from job sites.Benefits:â— Competitive salary starting at $90k+, depending on experience, with performance-based incentives.â— Opportunities for professional growth and leadership development.â— A supportive, collaborative, and creative work environment.â— 401k with company match.â— Health Insurance, Life Insurance, and AD&D Insurance options.â— Paid vacation and sick leave, plus holidays.â— Flexible working hours and the potential for a hybrid work environment.Join Us:Become the on-the-ground voice of American Home Contractors and help us shape the future of home improvement and solar industries.
