You'll be the voice of Gratz, helping customers navigate their journey with us and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care. Key Responsibilities:Customer Support: Provide world-class support through phone, email, and chat, addressing customer inquiries with empathy and efficiency.Problem Solving: Act as a detective for customer issues, working creatively to resolve challenges related to orders, products, and shipping.Order Management: Process and update customer orders, assisting with modifications to product selections and shipping details.Shipping Assistance: Keep customers informed with timely updates on shipping status, delivery times, and tracking information.Product Expertise: Become a product guru!
