Our company is dedicated to excellence in glass and aluminum solutions for residential and commercial projects.Role DescriptionOur commercial department is looking for full time an energetic Project Manager. In this potions you will oversee the procurement of material, field and shop coordination, and logistics management tasks on a day-to-day basis to ensure successful project delivery. Projects size will range from $50K -$2Million.DUTIES:Read and review blueprints to gain understanding of project material and installation requirements and perform field measurements when necessaryWork with general contractors to schedule material deliveries.Manage daily activity of projects and maintain the project schedule.Work with purchasing, sales, and vendors to release, expedite and manage materials.Inspect job sites before installation and work with the builder/customer to correct and issues before installation begins.Attend weekly construction meetings as necessary.QualificationsProject Management expertise.Ability to manage multiple projects at one time.Logistics Management abilities.Problem solving and critical thinking skillsStrong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organizational, managerial, and collaboration skills.Ability to multitask and work under pressure.Knowledge of glass and glazing industry is a plus.High School Diploma or GED.Valid Drivers License.Computer skills are a must - all documents created and shared are digital; Proficiency with the use of mobile phones, tablets and desktop computers.
