This role will support an ongoing project and enhance the network design of manufacturing locations for supply chain operations.Key Responsibilities:Creates the project schedule and planning documents, outlines task deadlines and milestones for all stakeholders, and allocates resources. This includes preliminary estimates, budgets, team members and their responsibilities, quality assurance requirements, and defining the expected outcomes of the project.Prepares and distributes project summary reports.Coordinates meetings to review project progress and resolve any issues.Collaborates across functions with production, QA, finance, and sourcing teams to ensure the timely completion of project tasks.Manages and updates changes within the project pipeline to ensure ongoing alignment.Works with production to create Standard Operating Procedures.Selects and oversees materials for procurement, ensuring they comply with project specifications and quality standards.Implements change management practices, accurately capturing related schedule activities and preparing the necessary supporting documentation.Must be able to travel 15-25% of the time domestically and internationally.QualificationsMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain ManagementStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailBachelors degree preferably in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent level of experience.Ideal candidates will have a background in managing medium-sized projects as project managers in manufacturing, with a preference for medical experience, although non-medical is also welcomed.Preferred experience in a regulated industry such as medical device, pharmaceutical, etc.Skills & ExperienceProficiency in Outlook, Excel, and other Microsoft Programs.Strong communication and analytical skills and ability to work across all tiers of the organization.Extensive knowledge and proficiency in MRP, SCM, and ERP systems.Benefits:LSL Healthcare offers a competitive salary, performance-based incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.Key Highlights of Our Company Culture:We take pride in fostering a unique and collaborative company culture.
