Role *We are seeking a passionate Associate Attorney with at least two years of experience to join our team. The completion of a judicial clerkship is preferred and highly valuable for this position. We are looking for an attorney who is enthusiastic about plaintiff's personal injury work and is eager to develop their practice in this area. This is a full-time, on-site role based out of our Red Bank office, with remote work available when necessary. Key *Represent clients in various legal proceedings, including depositions, hearings, and trialsConduct legal research and draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefsCollaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to develop case strategiesEffectively manage a caseload with a high level of organization and attention to detailCommunicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel****Demonstrated passion for plaintiff's workJuris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law schoolAdmission to and good standing in the New Jersey State Bar 2 years of experience as an attorney, preferably with a judicial clerkship and/or a focus on litigation and representation of plaintiffsStrong analytical, research, and writing skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAttention to detail and strong organizational skillsPrior experience in handling civil litigation cases preferredWhen you join our team, you will become part of one of the most respected and successful legal teams in the state, and will work alongside our group of exceptionally skilled and experienced attorneys and support staff.
