The Estate and Tax Planning Attorney will be responsible for managing high net worth clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have five (5) to seven (7) years of practice experience in high net worth estate and tax planning. Experience planning and drafting Intentionally Defective Trusts, Spousal Limited Access Trusts, Revocable and Irrevocable Trusts, Charitable Lead and Charitable Remainder Trusts, and Grantor Retained Trusts.
