Professional experience within the field of predictive sports analytics is particularly relevant for this position. The ideal candidate will appreciate the real-time performance feedback loop unique to sports betting and embraces our core values of excellence, transparency, and innovation.Role and *The person in this role will lead the analytics team to lead the development of proprietary predictive models in multiple sports.This will *● Analyzing and interpreting a wide range of sports datasets● Managing a team of analysts across multiple sports and projects● Researching, building, testing, and deploying statistical and/or machine learning models for multiple sports● Advising on the utilized database infrastructures● Educating colleagues on latest machine learning and data processing techniques● Communicating research findings to key stakeholders across the organization● 5-8 years of professional sports analytics experience● Degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Data Science or Econometrics or related field, graduate level preferred● Proficiency in R and/or Python● Familiarity with relational databases and various data infrastructure tools● Experience in Bayesian statistics and a variety of machine learning frameworks● A naturally inquisitive and problem-solving mindset● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to clearly communicate complex informationSalary and **$240,000 - $300,000 with up to 50% bonus targetCompetitive 401k planMedical, dental, and vision healthcare coverageUnlimited PTOMonthly stipend for attending sporting eventsPlease send cover letter and resume in application to Team@*
