Our litigation practice group is seeking a licensed attorney with 2 or more years of experience to join us in Goshen, Indiana.· Candidates should have experience in all phases of litigation, including motion drafting, depositions, hearings, trial or trial preparation, as well as discovery. · Candidates should also demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills as well as strong academic credentials.· The ideal candidate will also be highly motivated to be part of an active trial practice, demonstrate initiative, an ability to assume responsibility for client matters, as well as the interpersonal skills to work well as part of a large, collaborative team.Applicant should be a self-starter with the ability to work independently on smaller matters and collectively as a member of our litigation team on larger matters.Member of the Indiana Bar preferred.
