Litigation Counsel

A top tier contractor is looking for an experienced Litigation Counsel with a minimum of 5 years of construction litigation experience to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the identification, evaluation, and resolution of various construction claims, including delay claims, scope changes, extra work claims, personal injury claims, and construction defect claims.
