Job Title: Analyst - Meter ServicesDepartment: Customer ServiceReports to: Supervisor - Field Customer ServiceLocation: In Office, Kirkwood NYThe base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from: $62,964 - $78,705MAJOR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Scope of work - range of responsibilities):Ensure all MV90 data available for download into SAP for billing Works closely with other departments to provide MV90 data for the billing of large high- profile accounts (MHP, Interval Data, PV) and NYISO reporting.Identify and pursue resolution of phone line issues and schedule manual data retrieval to ensure timely billing.Works closely with other Avangrid MV90 teamsSupports the implementation of system changes and assist with the development of new processes. Activities may include but are not limited to: Development of new processes, testing and implementation, and system interfaces to other work processes. Supports major/critical projects and the development of strategies and plans to achieve key corporate objectives.
