Sales Rep - Warm Leads Provided We provide the leads to the sales team, this is not an outbound or cold-call sales position. We are searching for a motivated Sales Associate to join our growing Sales Team that supports small businesses nationally around the US and in 3+ countries. The ideal candidate is ambitious, drive and willing to assist in building our book of business throughout the U.S. This is someone who wants to learn, grow and who has a positive mindset. The compensation structure consists of a base salary with commission on all closed sales. All leads will be provided, but you will be expected to bring in new business as well. The first year earning potential is upwards of $55k with the right mindset. What does the day to day look ***** Warm Lead Scheduled Calls Cold Call Warm Leads Cold Call Cold Leads Attend Networking Events & Trade Shows Build relationships within our company industry verticals Strong desire to start a career in sales Self starter mentality Energetic, flexible and adaptable No degree required No advanced technology skills required but minor technology experience is preferred Capacity to work under pressure Authorized to work in the U.S./Green Card Holder You can live in any city in the US. Preferred ***** Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong interpersonal skills such as empathy and emotional intelligence Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a plus but not required Ability to learn online with minimal direction Basic computer and e-mail literacy Book Meetings with Warm Leads Book Meetings with Cold Leads Keep all leads organized in our CRM (Hubspot) Use lead generation tools to extract contacts and craft targeted lists of prospects Use tools such as LinkedIn and Google to research prospects Find and identify different triggers for high-value prospects Use the best practices for email, phone, and social media to connect with new prospects Learn sales terminology, organizational structures, and business motivations. Ask smart, relevant questions to speak knowledgeably with decision-makers at companies Build interest and qualify decision-makers to ultimately schedule a meeting with them
