About the job: Member Service Representatives attract potential members by exploring member needs and explaining products and services. Additionally responsible for processing orders, preparing correspondences, and ensuring member satisfaction. What you'll be responsible for: Adhere to MCU's policy and procedure. Perform due diligence to mitigate risk and minimize loss. Communicate effectively with prospective and existing members in a positive and professional manner. Provide product and service information to existing members and prospective members. Answer questions about MCU, services and requirements for eligibility, loan guidelines, dividends, withdrawals, insurance and statements. Cross-sell MCU products and services. Distribute information brochures and disclosures. Disburse approved loans. Open new accounts. Process stop payments, payroll deduction, ATM pin changes, requests for new products and services and other needs as required. Become familiar with database of membership information on in house software system. Provide assistance and support to other members of the service team. Assist with community outreach programs. Comply with BSA and SAR requirements. Perform other duties as assigned Travel as required Requirements: What you'll bring: High school diploma or the equivalent required. Minimum two years of prior banking or customer service/sales experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent written and verbal communication skills Highly ethical General Math skills Strong organizational skills Detail-oriented Ability to function in a fast-paced and changing environment Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent 2 years of experience working on a fast pace environment 2 years of experience delivering high customer satisfaction Open and desire to learn Able to work on a team environment.
