Our client, a dynamic and rapidly growing company in the branded merchandise industry with a focus on innovation and excellence. They are seeking a Senior VP of Operations to join their team! Salary/Hourly Rate: $175,000 - $200,000 Position Overview: As the Senior VP of Operations, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and streamlining processes across our comprehensive fulfillment and sourcing network. The Senior VP of Operations will oversee a team of experienced professionals responsible for warehousing, domestic operations, international operations, and freight and logistics. Your strategic vision and expertise will be instrumental in enhancing our operational capabilities, reducing costs, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities of the Senior VP of Operations: Oversee the day-to-day workflow of all facets of our Operations team, ensuring seamless coordination and efficient execution Manage a team of Senior Managers, Directors, and Senior Directors, providing guidance and mentorship to optimize performance Identify and implement innovative strategies to improve warehousing and fulfillment capabilities, including automation, order accuracy enhancements, and cost reductions Expand our global sourcing reach by establishing partnerships with reputable 3PL providers and promotional product suppliers Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and implement strategic initiatives that align with company goals Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of each operational segment and track progress towards objectives Troubleshoot operational challenges and implement solutions to ensure the smooth flow of goods and services Manage special projects as assigned, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget Qualifications for the Senior VP of Operations: Proven track record of success as a team leader in a high-pressure environment Strong analytical problem-solving skills and a meticulous attention to detail Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement initiatives Strong business acumen with a comprehensive understanding of fundamental business principles Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain management or related fields is required Benefits: Medical, Dental, and Vision Short and long-term disability coverage Various paid time off programs Retirement plan with employer contributions As a woman-owned firm, we value diversity.
