You should balance experience and expertise with scrappiness and urgency-a bias towards action and high-ownership mindset are paramount to success. You should be energized by rolling up your sleeves, experimenting rigorously, and building and optimizing operations, products, and business lines for rapid expansion.We are looking for an "athlete" who can make an impact on whatever is in front of them. The ideal candidate will have a successful track record leading a company through a significant growth period.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate directly with the CEO to oversee the growth of the company and develop systems to support our growthWork across operations, enrollment, analytics, and product to align and execute projects according to the company roadmapJump into various cross-functional projects to keep things on track and fill in the gaps in skill and bandwidth.
