Our client is a global, full-service specialty chemical manufacturer and distributor to the life sciences, medical device, and environmental markets.We are seeking a Customer Service Manager who will support the sale of ingredients and report to the Senior Account Manager.Key **Manage top tier customer accounts in conjunction with department leaders.Oversee mentoring of team members and upskilling opportunities.Oversee weekly activities on key accounts and act as an escalation point.Organize weekly touch-base meetings with operations team.Manage communication with Warehouse Leads.Assist with the management of incoming and outgoing shipping activities in accordance withshipping procedures.Liaise with Production Managers on Open order schedule.Assist with business development opportunities and actively pursue upselling opportunities withcustomers.Process sales and purchase orders within the relevant ERP system.Manage customer complaints and resolutions.Coordinate SRM visits.Assist with stock control and inventory checks on an annual basis.Perform other duties as assigned.Experience and **Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience.5-7 years' prior experience in account management / customer service, preferably in the chemical industry.3-5 years' prior experience leading account management function.Exceptional communication, organization, and time-management skills.
