If you want to work for a company that is not only a household name, but also truly cares about satisfying customers financial needs and helping people succeed financially, apply today.Contract ***** 12 Months + extensions / possible conversionWhat You Will Be DoingManage and support department documentation **Maintain monthly report inventorySupport and manage the JIRA report intake processCreate and update all Jira stories for report documentationAct as a consultant on all required report documentation, including business requirements and test documentsProvide one on one training and/or virtual class training on how to create requirements/test documents and/or enhancements to the processLiaison and SME into centralized documentation teamPerforms peer testing of all report artifactsSupport for department controls/**Provides maintenance of controls/procedure documents including control walkthrough decks, and all supporting documentation (utilizing Microsoft Word Redline functionality)Acts as a SME on all department controls and executes controls on a regular frequencyEvaluates inefficiencies and duplicative processes within controls/procedures, develops plan to gain efficiencies with process improvements and executes on the plan.Desired Skills & ExperienceExperience working in a collaborative team that works across multiple functional areasSolid analytical skillsStrong attention to detailExperience delivering results in a fast-paced, highly regulated, deadline driven environmentExperience working with Microsoft Teams or equivalentExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsIntermediate Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skillsExperience working with Jira (features, stories, and sub-tasks) and ConfluenceSelf-StarterSQL skills are preferredAudit and control experience desiredBusiness Analysis skillsBusiness Requirement Document experienceTest Documents utilizing SQL queries preferredControls experienceAuditor Controls experience (EBCE or any other type)Jira / ConfluenceSix Sigma
