Raphaelson & Levine Law Firm PC is a prominent personal injury firm representing accident victims throughout New York for more than 30 years. As an attorney at R&L, you will be exposed to different personal injury case types, representing Plaintiffs, and managing a personal injury case load of approximately 150 cases. Each associate attorney is supported by a staff of experienced litigation paralegals and clerks. Candidates must have experience handling cases, conducting/defending depositions, legal writing, and negotiation. Trial experience is a plus, but not required. A newly hired attorney at R&L will be expected to handle cases from intake to resolution, whether through direct settlement, mediation, arbitration, or trial. Case types vary from motor vehicle, premises, construction and general negligence accidents. Attorneys have the opportunity to work on cases in each area and, upon showing success handling and resolving specific case types, will be rewarded with more cases to feed their success. Our goal is to empower our attorneys by giving them the tools to succeed in all facets of their job. Our office is service-driven.
