Trustpoint.One is currently seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney. Candidates must have 2-6 years of litigation experience and be in Montclair, NJ as the position is on-site. Our client, a boutique firm, is seeking litigation associates to join its growing team. The associate will collaborate closely with the firm's attorneys in all stages of their complex litigation practice. They will also have the chance to take on substantial responsibilities early in their career, while working in a supportive and friendly environment. **2-6 years of litigation/transactional experience Admitted to the New Jersey bar; admission to the New York bar is a plus Judicial clerkship is preferred Experience in federal and state court is preferred Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills Attention to detail, good judgment, a strong work ethic, and a positive attitude Motivated to develop skills as a litigator ** Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, preparing briefs for various motions, managing discovery, participating in case development and trials, interacting with clients, adversaries, and third parties, and assisting in arbitrations and mediations. ***** The pay rate will be determined based on the candidate's industry knowledge and experience. All candidates must be able to work at a computer screen for a sustained amount of time.
