What Youll Be **Handling cases from inception through trial including preparation of all pleadings and written discovery, conducting depositions, preparing and arguing of substantive motions, and development of case strategy Leading and managing trial preparations, including preparation of motions in limine, development of trial strategy and settlement negotiationsTrying cases in the Superior Court of New Jersey and the United States District CourtAppellate practiceCollaborating with a team of attorneys and experts to build and refine case strategiesJuris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law schoolActive state bar licenseMinimum of 1-2 years of trial experience with a strong track record of successExpertise in courtroom procedures and litigation strategyPreferred **Superior time management and organizational skillsProficiency in legal research databases and file organizationAbility to handle multiple high-stakes cases effectivelyExceptional communication skills, both verbal and writtenSelf-motivated and driven with a proactive approach to legal challenges*Simple IRA after two years of continuous employment Dental, Vision, and Medical InsurancePTO and paid holidays**Highly competitive salary based upon experience
