This is very high visibility role as a strategist, consultant and implementer; the successful candidate will ensure streamlined activities within the organization based on the priorities defined at highest level. The right candidate for the job will contribute to the long-term success of the companyTake full ownership of reporting processes to ensure reports are accurate and timely, resolving any data discrepancies with a high degree of customer focus.Build and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes across various projects.Monitor existing metrics, develop new ones, and collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities for process and system improvements.Work closely with cross-functional to support day-to-day program execution.Develop, launch, and optimize business performance mechanisms that ensure operational efficiency and drive continuous improvement.Deliver detailed data, analysis, insights, and recommendations to help shape business teams.Lead business performance analysis and reporting efforts, including the preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.Conduct comprehensive financial analysis (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) and data analysis to support business teams in managing projects and initiatives.Use advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.) to manage data, analyze trends, and create reports that support decision-making.Essential Education, Skills, and **1-2 years of experience in a business analyst or operations support role with a focus on reporting, financial analysis, and data-driven decision-making.MBA/Masters in Finance/Management/MIS.Strong proficiency in Excel, with demonstrated experience in data analysis, reporting, and financial modeling.Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
