Job ***** Litigation Attorney (Real Estate)***** Midtown Manhattan, NY***** $170,000+A dynamic, mid-sized law firm is seeking an experienced litigation attorneys to join their Commercial Real Estate team. I am looking for motivated professionals with 5-8 years of experience in Real Estate litigation, who can hit the ground running and provide top-tier legal services to their diverse clientele. This firm currently consists of 40+ Attorneys servicing close to 20 different practice areas. They have been operating for 45+ years, and have their headquarters being based in Manhattan. **Manage a caseload of real estate litigation matters involving commercial and residential properties, including landlord-tenant disputes, property rights, title issues, and boundary disputes.Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery requests tailored to the specifics of real estate litigation.Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant real estate statutes, case law, and regulations to provide informed counsel and develop winning litigation strategies.Handle dispute resolution through alternative methods, including negotiation, arbitration, and mediation, while maintaining focus on achieving client objectives.Collaborate with transactional real estate teams to ensure a seamless approach when litigation arises from deals or transactions.Negotiate settlements and structure agreements that serve clients' best interests while resolving disputes efficiently.Provide proactive risk management advice, helping clients minimize potential legal exposure related to real estate holdings and contracts.**J.D. (2015 - 2019) Admission to practice law in NY is essential (NJ is desirable) 5-8 years of litigation experience, specifically dealing with Real Estate matters.
