Master Scheduler

Our client is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Master Scheduler/Purchasing Manager to oversee and optimize their production scheduling and procurement processes. The ideal candidate will have a background in the fabrication and powder coating industry, with proven experience managing complex schedules and coordinating resources effectively.Key Responsibilities:Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing scheduling and purchasing team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.Customer Service: Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a positive customer experience.Customer Expectation Management: Maximize internal capacities while building a network of external resources to meet customer commitments. Manage lead times and ensure on-time delivery (OTD).Strategic Sourcing & Inventory Management: Develop and execute strategic sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and secure favorable terms with suppliers.
