In-house marketing team provides leads and promotes the company for you! Work in conjunction with a design team and project management.Kitchen & Bath Designer candidate should have a minimum of 3 years kitchen/bath design/sales experience, relative degree preferred, and demonstrate the following skill set *****• Proficient use of Word, Excel, and CAD based design programs (20/20, Planet, Auto Cad, or Chief Architect)• Cabinetry design and specification experience• Above average communication and people skills• Proven sales ability history• Thrive in an energetic and fast-paced environment• Skilled at coordinating multiple projects at one time• Detailed oriented, self-motivated, organized• Positive attitude, work as part of a team• Work according to client schedules (some eve/Sat appts)• Passion and talent for residential designCompetitive base salary + commission, health insurance, PTO/vacation, 401K with profit sharing.
