HR Manager(40135)Our client is an organization in the Fond du Lac County area looking for an HR Manager. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, organized, and excellent project management skills. This company offers a collaborative team, company growth, and positive workplace culture. This position is onsite.The salary for this position $90k - $110k.The HR Manager will be responsible for, but not limited to, the **RESPONSIBILITIES Assists and guides management on a broad range of HR policies, programs, and practices.Coordinate with Talent Acquisition Team regarding recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.Provides constructive support and timely performance evaluations, talent review, and development for the teams.Maintains compliance with all state and federal applicable laws.Assists in the organization of employee activities and community/public relations activities.Performs research and works on special projects as needed.The HR Manager will possess the **EXPERIENCE REQUIREDBachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.4+ years of related experience.SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.Strong understanding of state and federal labor laws and regulations.Ability to operate in a fair, unbiased, respectful, and confidential manner at all times.Equal Opportunity EmployerThe compensation philosophy reflects the Company's reasonable expectation at the time of posting.
