Our client an established trailblazer in the automotive aftermarket industry is a driving force behind some of the most exciting and innovative wheel and tire brands in the market today! Theyre known for offering a wide selection of wheels and tires for cars, trucks, and SUVs for retail consumers and automotive enthusiasts who are looking to customize their vehicles.Its time to level up their social media presence which brings them seeking a dynamic and strategy focused Social Media Director who will be responsible for leading a team in creating viral content across all social media platforms.This does require onsite visits, 2x a month, consecutive days are ok. Please only apply if you are willing to travel.This position involves:Leading the development and growth of the company's brands.Collaborating with customer service, marketing, and procurement to expand the brands presence in the industry.Utilizing key management toolkits to create marketing plans and campaign outlines.Ensuring timely delivery of high-quality content.Distributing content through major social media channels to engage customers and strengthen the brand.Coaching the team in daily problem-solving, tracking progress with metrics, and improving skills.Job DutiesLead the creation of viral content, campaigns, and concepts.Manage team production schedules (daily/weekly).Manage a team of 3-7 across viral content and social mediaMonitor key metrics (social engagement, site visits, sales) and address performance issues.Track team efficiencies and progress through weekly metrics.Collaborate with the Marketing VP to implement monthly marketing plans aligned with divisional strategies.Build relationships with wheel, tire, and suspension companies to obtain promotional materials.Collaborate with vendors and manufacturers on social media content.Coordinate product handling for filming and photography.Reach out to industry contacts for new product opportunities.Provide reasonable accommodations for individuals with disabilities as needed.Knowledge, Skills, and AbilitiesAbility to work independently and collaboratively.Strong teamwork, creativity, and attention to detail.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.Leadership and influence across teams and organizational levels.Minimum RequirementsEducation:High School Graduate or General Education Degree.Associate Degree in marketing or related field (preferred).Experience:2-10 years of social media marketing experience, including leadership.2+ years of leadership experience.Position TypeFull-time position, Monday to Friday.Location: Onsite at Wrightstown, Wisconsin.Physical DemandsRegular requirements: Talking, hearing.Frequent activities: Standing, walking, using hands, reaching.Occasional lifting may be required.DOE: Manager vs Director 90k - 130k there may be some flexibility
