Project Recruit has partnered with a top boutique real estate Law Firm (20 attorneys) seeking to hire a commercial real estate lending attorney to assist in all components of sophisticated commercial real estate financings for entrepreneurial and institutional real estate clients, focusing on commercial lender representation.** Represent institutional lenders financing commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties, from inception to closing.Draft Commercial loan documents. Experience with mezzanine, construction, balance sheet, and bridge loans.Review organizational documents on borrowing entities.Review commitment letters, term sheets, fee letters, credit agreements, and ancillary loan documents.Review commercial leases.Oversee Real Estate secured finance transactions, workouts, and restructurings.Handled assignment of existing mortgages for CEMA transactionsReview title reports, and surveys, and oversee title clearance.Handle lending and debt finance related to property acquisition leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, refinancing, and other transactions.**3-5 years of commercial real estate and commercial lender representation experience to assist in all components of sophisticated commercial real estate lender representationExcellent legal research and writing skillsStrong analytical, organizational, and prioritization abilities, along with effective communication skills for client interactions, are essentialHands-on skills needed, with Microsoft 365Must be admitted to New York"‹
