You will test, troubleshoot, and repair equipment in order to meet Pearson's quality and performance goals. Travel to customer sites may be required.Does this sound like you?You have strong technical skills. You have experience building and repairing equipment. Secondary packaging machinery experience is a plus.You work well under pressure. Aggressive project delivery schedules motivate you. You can work independently and will do whatever it takes to complete a project on time while delivering a quality product. You can navigate through change. You can change direction to quickly adapt to customer requests.How you will contribute to our growth:By working with our internal and external stakeholders to successfully build Pearson secondary packaging equipment for customers that meet their specifications and deadlines. Through your ability to build and maintain positive relationship with customers and internal stakeholders, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and feedback in a professional and timely manner. Fostering trust and satisfaction with the company's products and services through your Factory Acceptance Testing Support and field service work as needed. With your desire to learn and grow in your role by staying updated on the latest technologies, industry trends and best practices.
