Manufacturing Engineering Manager

The Richmond Group USA, Manufacturing Search division is seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Manager with a proven track record in lean manufacturing and operational excellence to lead the lean transformation for a dynamic, rapidly growing electronic products manufacturer. Your expertise will be instrumental in enhancing efficiency, reducing costs, and improving overall productivity. As the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will also mentor your team, drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage engineering project budgets, and develop work instructions and design jigs and fixtures to streamline production processes.BackgroundMinimum of BS degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical discipline. A Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration (MBA) is a plus.5+ years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, with at least 2 years in a management or supervisory position.Experience in a medium-volume manufacturing environment and a willingness to be hands-on on the manufacturing floor.Expert knowledge and experience with lean manufacturing techniques, and Six Sigma principles.
