The Village Program Director works directly with the Founder and Executive Director in reaching company goals. This can be a manager or Director role DOEResponsibilities include but are not limited **Ensure a premium, enjoyable experience for all students and familiesSource and onboard excellent music & arts instructors for our Music Schools and CampsSource and onboard additional administrative team membersServe as team lead in supporting Village teachersLead student registration and retention strategiesLead special school events - Recitals, Rock Shows, Theatre Productions and Student ShowcasesManage administrative team performance assuring optimal outcome and customer experienceUphold all company standards related to policies and proceduresLead program design and adoption for Village premium class content and program offeringsImplement strategies for ongoing team celebrationDevelop communication strategies promoting company objectives to all Village stakeholdersPosition *Successful history of program building, staffing and staff managementInfectious energy and a track record of successful community buildingExceptional oral and written communication skillsMusical and/or performing arts experience is preferredAcute analytic, organizational and problem-solving skillsAbility to strategically prioritize action items for self and directsGood humored and approachable to students, parents, and facultyProficient in CRM systems and/or customer journey architecture2+ years experience in music and/or arts administration2+ years in educationThank you for your interest in joining the Village Music School Team.Job **** Full-time**Employee discountFlexible schedulePaid time offWork with a supportive teamWork ** Multiple locations
