Operations Supervisor

LHH is seeking an Operations Supervisor for a Direct Hire, Permanent Placement position with a manufacturing client in Indianapolis, Indiana. In this role, you will lead a small team of hourly production employees in a manufacturing/processing facility. You will oversee production output, reduce scrap, improve processes, and collaborate with other department leaders.
