VP Compliance - Credit Investment Firm

A 10b AUM credit investment firm located in Greenwich, CT is looking to hire a VP of Compliance to their growing team. This is a key role for the business as it will report directly to the CCO and be responsible for closely assisting with the daily operations of the compliance program.**Managing the firm's Code of Ethics programDrafting and implementing policies and proceduresCoordinating the firm's annual compliance reviewAssisting with the preparation of regulatory filingsPartnering with other departments at the firm to ensure continual improvement of compliance monitoring systems, processes and oversightPreparing training materialSkills and **Bachelor's degree required7-12 years of experience in a compliance role within the investment management industryExperience ideally at a hedge fund or other type of Registered Investment AdviserExtensive knowledge of SEC regulations; NFA and CFTC knowledge highly preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional attention to detail
