RiseWell Community Services is looking for a full-time Program Manager for our Barbara Faron Residence, an Affordable Supportive Housing development in Far Rockaway, Queens. This individual is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our BFR residence, serving individuals in recovery from mental illness and/or substance use.In this position, you will be providing opportunities for formerly-homeless individuals and those with special needs to improve their health, quality of life, and helping maintain community living for as long as possible.Our Program Manager should be a dynamic and proactive individual who excels independently but also as a collaborative team member. You will be responsible for hiring, training, supervision, and evaluation of staff, while developing services and activities based on the residents' needs. You will provide oversight on your program and ensure quality service.
