Junior Investment Banking AnalystAre you a motivated individual with a passion for finance and investment banking? US Capital Global is seeking a full-time Junior Investment Banking Analyst to join our dynamic team in Las Vegas. With a starting annual base salary ranging from $65,000 to $75,000, this role offers an exciting opportunity for growth and development.Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited **Providing transaction support to senior bankersManaging multiple concurrent projects/deals, collaborating effectively within a team or independentlyAssisting with due diligence and conducting financial analysis and modelingPreparing company marketing and transaction materialsEngaging with clients during presentations and deal executions, including C-Level prospects such as CFOs, CEOs, and investment partnersAssisting in developing and executing ad-hoc internal projectsCreating financial transaction summaries, analyzing financial statements, and determining eligibility for investmentsManaging senior management calendars and coordinating offsite meetings, events, and conferencesActing as a point of contact between executives and internal/external clients, overseeing schedules and calendar maintenancePreparing and reviewing materials for meetings, assisting with presentations and document creationAssessing risks in business decisions, prioritizing the firms reputation, safeguarding its assets, and escalating control issues transparently.Minimum **Bachelor's degree and/or masters preferable in Finance or AdministrationSales experience preferableMinimum of 1 year of previous experience in an Analyst role and/or financeProfessional Service industry exposure; Solid understanding of capital markets and spreadsheet modeling a plusOutstanding quantitative and qualitative analytical skills; strong knowledge of finance and accountingHighly motivated with demonstrated ability to manage conflicting priorities and requestsAbility to take initiative and function independently, balanced with strong teaming skillsStrong writing skills and oral communication skills; excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationshipsLegal experience strongly preferredCFA Level I or FINRA licenses preferablePlease do not apply if you are still an undergraduate student and do not have a bachelors degree.
