Plant Manager

The Plant Manager will lead the Operations team to ensure the achievement of targeted business performance through full alignment and support of business strategy. They **Develop and propose the most efficient options to match capacity with future demand;Organize and manage all manufacturing activities to ensure customer satisfaction;Drive standardization and SQCDP continuous improvement;Effective project management;Foster a well-trained and motivated staff; Manage interactions with authorities, customers, and suppliers;Develop and maintain a highly motivated and skilled workforce;Manage the highest level of cooperation with support functions;Ensure compliance with all HSE, Quality, HR, cost control policies and with relevant external statutory requirements.Total ** 75-union hourly + 10-salaried employees.***** Engineering or Business Management Degree with eight plus years of experience in operations management (inclusive of operations planning logistics, operations, production planning, manufacturing, materials planning and procurement., supply chain management, engineering, and/or financial management);Experience in manufacturing, preferably in companies with strong industrial excellence background;Proven work experience as a Plant Manager (minimum of two years in the same position);Strong safety focus with clear safety turnaround experience;Automotive experience (Tier 1.);Adequate knowledge of business and management principles (budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources);Knowledgeable of quality, lean tools, productivity, supply chain, and inventory;Strong Lean knowledge and implementation of cost-cutting activity.
