A law firm in New Jersey with 9 offices throughout the state, is seeking a Plaintiffs Personal Injury Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in plaintiffs personal injury cases, from case inception to pretrial phases.***** Manage and handle plaintiffs personal injury cases from initiation to pretrial stages, including conducting investigations, evaluating claims, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations.Provide legal counsel and guidance to clients throughout the litigation process, ensuring their rights are protected and advocating for fair compensation.Assess the viability of potential cases, determining whether they meet the criteria for acceptance, and strategize the best approach for successful resolution.Conduct legal research, analyze case law, and prepare compelling arguments to support client cases.Collaborate with legal assistants, paralegals, and other attorneys to effectively manage caseloads and meet deadlines.Maintain accurate and organized case files, documentation, and communication with clients, opposing counsel, and relevant parties.***** Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the New Jersey State Bar is mandatory; additional admission is highly preferred.Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically handling plaintiffs personal injury cases, demonstrating proficiency in managing cases from start to pretrial phases.
