Sourcing and Production Manager - Wholesale Apparel

Isaac Morris LTD is a leader in the apparel industry. We are a Mens, Juniors, Kids apparel company. We have a roster of licenses from Disney, WB, Nick etc.1. Extensive experience in sourcing new factories in different countries for manufacturing opportunities to place orders for various mid-tier and mass merchant retailers.2. Ability to negotiate and finalize pricing and assign orders to factories/countries factoring in quality, reliability, production space, delivery and price.3.Cross function with Design, Product Development, and sales to develop product, ensure correct execution of products and attain profitable margin4. Manage the entire supply chain process to source, negotiate with overseas vendors, and book from order placements to final shipments.5. Supervise the full scope of the production staff's functions including prioritizing and monitoring workflows6. Extensive experience in production and has the ability to identify and execute solutions to trouble shoot quality and delivery problems.7. Must be very well versed and clear understanding of garment safety protocols, testing and inspection requirements from various retailers.8. Must be able to travel domestic and overseas.
