About the Job:As a Copy Supervisor (CS) you will be a hands-on manager of the daily creative requirements for your assigned brand(s), ensuring all projects are delivered on time and on budget and meet the highest standards of design excellence. You will communicate and engage with agency departments to supervise the workload for your assigned brand(s) and ensure accuracy of all manuscripts including referencing, annotating and submissions to ensure a smooth MLR process. You will also present creative work to clients regularly with little to no supervision depending on the project. In addition to day-to-day projects, you will be involved in strategic brainstorming and brand brief development. This may include creating and presenting creative concepts alongside your supervisor.A Day in the Life:Brand Stewardship: Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the brand, leveraging strategic, scientific, and creative expertise to drive innovative solutions.Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and inclusivity, and providing constructive feedback to elevate their creative work.Creative Innovation & Excellence: Develop and execute bold, strategic, and persuasive ideas, ensuring high-quality creative work that meets client needs and advances brand goals.Client Partnership & Communication: Build and maintain strong, respected client relationships, providing effective presentation and communication of creative work, and driving collaborative solutions.Strategic Insights & Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, research, and data, applying insights to drive innovative solutions, and sharing knowledge with the team to enhance collective expertise.Operational Excellence: Oversee project execution, manage budgets, and maintain accurate records, ensuring efficient and professional delivery of creative work, and contributing to agency initiatives and growth.What you will need:Experience and Expertise: At least 4 years of copy supervisory experience in a fast-paced agency, with a strong background in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare copywriting.Leadership and Portfolio: Previous leadership experience and a compelling portfolio showcasing creative expertise.Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to express yourself clearly and professionally with diverse teams.Creative Collaboration: Proven ability to engage in creative conversations, present ideas effectively, and suggest innovative solutions.Professional Qualities: Excellent attention to detail, confident, self-motivated, and proactive in expanding industry knowledge.Work Approach and Requirements: Ability to work autonomously, collaborate with senior-level teams, and adapt to occasional travel requirements.Our Global Benefits:My Time Off (MTO)- our flexible approach to time off that allows you to take the time you need and enjoy it!Career Progression - we offer personalized development opportunities and clear career pathways.Health and wellbeing programs that provide you access to different services and offerings to prioritize your health.Company Savings Plans to help you plan for the future.Parental Leave benefits for all new parents.Salary$100,000 - $140,000 annually.The salary range for this position is noted within this job posting.
