The ** Global Hedge Fund that focuses on Credit and Special Situations with over $25B of AUMJob * Operations Manager | Structured Product Specialist | CLO Operations**** Daily reporting to portfolio managers and CFO on investment compliance criteria and objectivesReview of monthly CLO reports as well as quarterly distribution reports to investorsResolve differences in a timely manner by working with various internal teams and external service providersReview reconciliations comparing key portfolio information and statistics between the manager and the trusteePrepare/Calculate responses to requests from portfolio managersLiaise and consult with operations, tax, legal and audit advisorsReview daily cash flows and reconciliations to ensure proper allocation of paymentsMonitor daily cash balancesBuild and use models in Excel to evaluate indicative portfolios, analyze sensitivities and assist with other ad-hoc requests from the CLO teamPerform periodic equity requirement calculationsWork with information technology to develop and implement new reporting tools and enhance reporting transparency***** 4-6 + years of relevant experience at a hedge fund, private credit fund, trustee bank or public accounting firmCLO knowledge including a thorough understanding of CLO tests, their calculations and Indenture language.Direct experience with compliance testing & monitoring for CLOsStrong Excel skills with experience operating and building financial modelsFundamental understanding of credit products and markets, including bank loans and corporate bonds
