COSCO Shipping (North America) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Controller to join our team in the Secaucus, NJ office.Key Responsibilities include but are not limited **Treasury Management - including daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly requirementsRisk minimization management and business opportunity forecastingMaintain insurance coverage for all companies, manage the renewal process Administer the 401k plan with weekly, monthly and yearly dutiesChair the 401(k) Plan Fiduciary CommitteeReview payroll input twice a month.Coordinate hiring function for department and track employee PTOGovernmental reporting on a quarterly and annual basis.Oversee regulatory reporting, including tax planning and compliance with statutory laws and financial regulationsWork closely with management or executive teams for budget review, reports and analysisDebt Management and collectionCoordinate and prepare internal and external financial statementsCoordinate activities of external auditorsDevelop and monitor business performance metricsOther activities as requested by the GM**Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or Business Law.CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or CA (Chartered Accountants) designation preferred.10 to 15 years of relevant experience.
