Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR Benefits Administration.Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Intermediate Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs, INDEX/MATCH, Pivot Tables, and data formatting.Experience with SaaS-based Payroll or HCMS (experience with Ceridian/Dayforce is a plus).Experience in administering health & welfare benefits, retirement plans, leaves of absence, and ancillary benefits.HR Generalist experience across other HR disciplines is advantageous.Previous experience as an HR system administrator is helpful.Familiarity with managing system access and data security.Knowledge of HIPAA, ERISA, and related regulations.Strong attention to detail.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to present to groups.Experience in customer and employee relations.Certification by SHRM (CP) or HRCI (PHR) is beneficial.
