The selected candidate will be part of the Space - Security & Emergency Services organization, and function as the Classified Cybersecurity Manager, overseeing the Information System Security Officers (ISSOs) in Valley Forge, PA, supporting a variety of classified programs. Responsibilities include: - Run a classified information system compliance program and provide technical and policy guidance to the team, as well as Line of Business leadership. - Functioning as the Security Manager for the Building D based Security team in a matrixed role, providing policy interpretation, ongoing guidance and direction to onsite Security personnel on all Security issues. - Participate in applicable Review Boards and Technical Exchange Meetings, and staff meetings with Mission Solutions leaders as appropriate. - Interact with customer personnel on a regular basis regarding ongoing compliance and to coordinate system modifications. - Ensures compliance and provides corrective road maps to address anomalies or milestones that put compliance at risk. - Acquisition, training, development and retention of a technical team of security professionals that are responsible for ongoing compliance of accredited classified computing environments. Basic Qualifications: - TS/SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph - Experience in network security and systems certifications. - Risk Management Framework experience - NIST Special Publications 800 Series - DoD 8570 IAM Level III certification in good standing Desired Skills: - Experience with Security Directives, Policies, Publications and Regulations. - Prior experience as an ISSM. - Excellent communications skills. Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees.
