Our team operates on a hybrid schedule, with the majority of us working four days in our Bristol, PA office and one day remotely each week. We are looking for a Sales professional to join our team at 1SEO Digital Agency as an SDR: Sales Development Representative. In this role, you will be integral to driving sales, expanding our market presence, and securing new business. Your main duties will involve generating fresh sales leads, establishing a strong market position for 1SEO Digital Agency, and pursuing new business development opportunities. To excel in this position, you must be adept at identifying and nurturing new business prospects through networking, social media, referrals, and other channels. Your main goal will be to acquire new clients. To do this, you will be responsible for building and monitoring the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of immediate and long-term opportunities. Additionally, you will be expected to provide daily and monthly reports on your activities, which will require you to maintain multiple spreadsheets and use management software such as Salesforce. This role requires candidates to work in the Bristol, PA office 5 days per week Responsibilities: Generate new sales leads by cold-calling prospective clients. Gain market position for 1SEO Digital Agency by setting appointments for Sales Representatives. Appointments from leads will be handed off to the Sales Reps Prospect, Identify, and Develop new business opportunities by networking, using social media, referrals, and other lead-generation sites. Build and monitor the sales pipeline to ensure a continuous population of immediate and long-term opportunities. Pre-requisites: MINIMUM of 1 to 2 years experience as a Sales Development Rep, making cold calls and booking appointments At least 1 year of experience with Salesforce Prior experience of at least 1-2 years as a Sales Development Representative, setting qualified appointments for a sales team What You Can Expect From 1SEO Digital Agency: * Open-floor office environment with NO cubicles whatsoever.
