Our client, a highly regarded AV-rated law firm based in Orange County, is seeking an experienced insurance defense attorney to join their team. This UNADVERTISED opportunity is ideal for a lawyer with 2-10+ years of experience handling a range of insurance defense matters, including bodily injury, premises liability, auto/trucking collisions, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury. Bar admission in California is required. The ideal candidate will have first or second-chair jury trial experience.Key **Manage all aspects of litigation from inception to trial, including discovery, depositions, site inspections, expert witness engagement, and settlement negotiations.Appear independently for court hearings, depositions, and other key litigation events.Collaborate with a team of partners, associates, and paralegals to deliver high-quality legal services and achieve firm objectives.The Ideal *2-10+ years of insurance defense experience.Strong litigation skills, including the ability to manage cases independently.Experience in jury trials (first or second chair preferred).Bar admission in California; additional jurisdictions are a plus.Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.Compensation & **** Our client offers competitive compensation, with a salary range of $100,000 - $185,000 per year (DOE), along with a comprehensive benefits package.
