Learning And Development Specialist

Our client is looking for a Learning & Development Specialist to support RCE Initiatives (Risk, Controls, Enhancements)**Collaborate with work stream leads and subject matter experts to understand business requirements and identify learning needs.Create and implement a portfolio of risk and control development solutions that provide significant benefits.Set the standard for innovative learning design, ensuring solutions are relevant, fresh, and engaging across various digital learning mediums.Oversee learning project plans through the ADDIE life cycle, taking initiative to conceptualize and lead experimental projects with guidance from leaders and experts.Continuously assess programs against expectations and processes, recommending and implementing changes to drive efficiencies and tighter integration with other workstreams and programs.Program design and development, including assessment strategies, instructional design, adult learning approaches, audience analysis, and outcome measurement.Microsoft Office Suite and Learning Authoring tools, particularly Articulate Storyline Suite.PowerPoint presentation construction.Facilitator and instructor guide creation.Ability to work effectively both as a team member and as an independent L&D consultant.Strong consulting, influence, conflict management, and negotiation skills.Program and project management skills.Ability to form strong relationships with all stakeholders.Cutting-edge knowledge of best practices in learning asset design.Experience designing eLearning programs and learning assets in a digital environment that generate engagement.Experience consulting with internal clients to identify needs and translate them into solutions.Preferred ***Minimum of 3 years in an educational, corporate training, or professional services environment, preferably in a compliance or risk and controls space within a GSIP financial institution.Experience in vendor sourcing and management.Experience in instructional design for both eLearning and classroom settings.Previous experience in financial services or other highly regulated industries.
