Job OverviewWe are looking for an Associate Director (AD) to join our market research team. Reporting into the business unit lead, this individual will be responsible for leading the day-to-day activities of current projects and coaching and mentoring juniors in the US and in our offshore India team. They will be involved with proposal writing and managing quantitative market research projects from start to finish, through design, fieldwork, analysis and presentation. They should have a strong background of hands on research in terms of design and presentation creation. They will guide, train and coach juniors and will have line management responsibilities.The Associate Director will also drive business development efforts in both new and established accounts. Advanced degree is preferred7+ years of experience working in a market research agencyExperience working in the life sciencesDesigns creative research solutions with ability to pull-through relevant principles of behavioral science and brand-buildingAbility to think strategically, gather and synthesize large amounts of data and information, think objectively, and present facts and recommendations to peers and managementExperienced in quantitative research. Qualitative experience is an added bonusWorking familiarity with statistical tools used in market research (e.g. SPSS, Q Research Software, etc.)Business Development & *****Identify new market opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to drive business growth.Support the development and execution of business development initiatives.Leverage market insights for expanding market presence and customer base.
