Customer ServiceProvide technical support by visiting facilities or phone, troubleshooting with customers, mechanics, and engineers to diagnose issues, make solution recommendations, and offering products to meet their needs. Answer customers detailed questions about mechanical performance applications, installation requirements, or project specifications with our thermal technology line of products. Investigate and utilize resource materials to gain in-depth product knowledge for educating customers. Sales SupportProcess orders related to customer project solutions, and prompt follow-up about a product's price, availability, or delivery status. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide actionable feedback. Coordinate product training with the suppliers and the sales team. **Must be able to work onsite full-time in Cincinnati, OH, 45227. Available to travel 50% for thermal device audits onsite.
