We are committed to fostering an atmosphere where every attorney can grow and excel. In this role, you will represent public entities, including school districts, in complex litigation matters. You will have the opportunity to handle a wide variety of legal challenges, ranging from litigation cases involving public governance, employment law, contracts, and more, while working closely with school districts and other government agencies.To succeed in this role, you will need a minimum of 5 years of litigation experience, with a demonstrated ability to manage cases from start to finish. Our ideal candidate will be skilled in all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, discovery, motions, and conducting depositions and trials.
