The collective goal of the two affiliated companies is to translate innovative scientific work into clinical trials, to then commercialize and distribute the new therapies around the world to patients who need them most.Job SummaryThe Primary responsibility of the shipping and receiving associate will be to receive all incoming packages using company ERP and ensuring all outgoing packages are packed and label correctly in alignment with local and internation requirements. When inventory is received it will be verified for integrity and identity and appropriately labeled per company SOPs. This job will also include the following duties/*****Receive incoming shipments in ERP system and work with inventory control to pass along to appropriate end location. Verifying that incoming shipments match expected shipments Package outgoing vector according to IATA Packaging instructions, label with correct DOT/IATA labels, package vector according to SOPs, review outgoing orders and report issues to management Verify the identity and integrity of received inventory and labeling appropriately per SOP Keep warehouse/receiving area neatly organized and clean at all times Qualifications:H.S. Diploma with 1-2 years experience working in inventory management in a cGMP warehouse environment requiredPrevious work in GXP shipping and receiving.
