This opportunity is direct hire, full time, and on-site.ResponsibilitiesDraft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses; e-file within State and Federal CourtConduct e-discovery and assist with document managementCommunicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and provide updates on case progressAssist in trial preparation by organizing exhibits, preparing trial binders, and coordinating witness schedulesConduct research on legal precedents, statutes, regulations, and case lawKeep attorney(s) time via Tabs3Schedule meetings and depositions, and handle administrative tasks as neededRequirementsAssociates in Paralegal Studies or a related field; Paralegal certification is a plusMinimum of 3 years experience as a Litigation Paralegal or related; focus in Business/Commercial Litigation and/or Construction Litigation preferredExperience handling e-discoveryProficiency with Everlaw is a plusSalary ***** $60K-$80K
