Junior Trademark Associate - New York or PhiladelphiaOur client is an Am Law 100 firm, seeking a junior associate within JD class years 2022-2024 for its Intellectual Property Practice in New York or Philadelphia. The salary range for this position is between $210k to $245k, and may vary depending upon a range of factors.Qualifications1-2 years of experience ideally in trademark clearance, counseling, prosecution, maintenance, and enforcement.Experience before the TTAB and some litigation experience is ideal.Additional experience in copyrights, social media, advertising, online business, and privacy is preferred [not required].Excellent academic credentials are required.Strong communication, research, writing, and analytical skills; team focused.New York or Pennsylvania bar preferred. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
